smmeskan Hi. So i guess the girl who mistakenly got the velvet pink top- ziegler sales -is going to return this top to you instead of sending to me. She apparently doesn’t want the top i have. She has purchased another one already. I have the new label with her name/address on it. I did not see that in the case notes she just wants to return to you... i just want my top from her and not sure what to do w her top!!! You need to contact her... she’s extremely irritated...

amberose2151 @smmeskan Hi, I think the best thing to do is send the top back to me. She apparently just wants to send this back & not trade because she bought another top. Yesterday when she started a case with Posh she requested to return it. The reason was “not what was described.” Thank you for being so nice about all this. I will let her cancel her order & have her send the top back to me. Then I can send the velvet top directly to you.

smmeskan @amberose2151 ya I understood that she didn’t as she said EXCHANGE tops. But shes only thinking about not getting the shirt she ordered. Not understanding i just want mine. Affix the label and put back in mail. Regardless, she’s sending and affixing a label to you. Anyways, i just need a label back to your address then.

smmeskan @amberose2151 hi . Ya she deleted my label. I said whats diff between affixing label to me or you? Anyways she wants me to cancel my order. I said no. So we agreed - i think- that we need new labels, until we get them we just keep the shirts. I put in a new email to Posh explaining the issue again. Stating we both need new labels. Mayb you can just do this as well? Put in a new case file to reopen last one? Either way im leaving. The shirt is in the box -affixed her address- ready to go....
