Ma’am, i just saw your review. I don’t like customers being dissatisfied, I am happy to do a return for you as long as they are in the same condition as they were mailed in. I just wanted you to know those jeans have never been altered. There was no adjustment to the hem, unless it was done pre-sale and I wasn’t aware of it. They were purchased at full price as well. Please let me know if your interested in a return, they were a favorite pair of mine any how. Have a great day! 😃

@adt0608 Sure I am interested in a return and refund of shipping too. I can send you a picture: the jeans were hemmed and heavily ironed and there is a mark where they were hemmed. Very disappointed.

@lkristia I never ironed nor hemmed the jeans m. They sat in a bin with other jeans on top waiting to be sold. That is it. I have no idea what your talking about. The hem was never adjusted, i have never adjusted any clothing of mine. I am sorry for your disappointment. The jeans were depicted in the pictures, I’m not sure what else i could have done to be honest. I pride myself in honesty, I apologize if you feel differently, however I did not intentionally try to swindle you.
