Bright light, honest descriptions, measurements, stock photos or modeling the item(if it still fits me😬) & price according to what I’d pay considering condition of the item. They would handle the return and provide return shipping if approved. Usually it must be reported within 3 days of receiving and on my end it looks like the purchase is closed.
