I’m stressed dealing with father who had a stroke&dementia&falls almost daily.Trying to get him in a nursing home(swore I would never do that to a parent)hitting road blocks to get him the Medicaid required to pay for it.He messed up&after his stroke a young women,her boyfriend&boss took him everything he had &$100k more. Literally I have spent hours after work every day for about 15 months trying to get his life back in order. It’s sad.

jpmorgan007 Check into extra care. It's a SS program they don't tell you about. It has taken my medication insurance payments away, along with deductibles, which then raised my SS back up to what it's supposed to be and significantly lowered my prescription cost. I only have one. It went from 50.00 to 3.00 a month. I sit with an Alzheimer's patient so I feel you. Not the same as your dad but it is my x-FIL. I will be praying for you. Thanks for letting me know. Love you to pieces!
