ginamleigh recommendation for this lovely... When closing the zipper do not use leather tabs for support rather hold the metal clamp when pulling and place the other hand on top of the bag over zipper area when opening and closing... I also do not recommend more than several pounds inside the bag for daily use. Organizers that also keep shape can be bought on Amazon for $23...

ginamleigh Lisa I just received notification from Posh that the accessories for the bag were not in the box that is simply not accurate they are missing them! they are in there! the box is big and the accessories were separately wrapped among all the tissue paper for some reason I am unable to reach them with this information or have the ability to respond through their notification

ginamleigh I Was able to contact them through the help center and informed them they need to be looking through that box and inside the bag thoroughly the accessories are definitely with the bag so whoever did the review is simply missing them as they are wrapped up in paper and among all the paper and stuffing I had in the box!
