Hey Liz! I’m incredibly embarrassed to say the wrong item has been sent to you. The box you received has a men’s LV wallet, not the necklace. There was a label mixup when your item was sent. Can you kindly request a return? I am happy to offer an ‘upgraded’ necklace due to the inconvenience.

@lizzer27 There was an error with the listing. That necklace was sold a few days prior and never removed. I am happy to offer any other Tiffany Necklace I have as a replacement. Are you able to put the wallet in the mail tomorrow? I’m not sure why PM requested pictures for a case like this. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience and aggravation. ♾🙏
