liz_helmer @jaimeb19515 hey girl! I might list a few more in a bit when I decide if I really am going to swim in college or not. & in regards to your question, I did competitive swim for 10 years and all of us girls went through phases of what we thought was cool to do. I'd say a lot of times people showed up to club meets w/ their suits on under their clothes because it just made the early morning a little smoother.

liz_helmer @jaimeb19515 to practice it kind of depends on if you have time after school or whatever to go home and change. I never did so I just changed at the pool. if it's a highschool team you definitely just want to change when you get to the pool because you don't want to wear it ALL day. hope that helped!
