mabynmay Hi - I am so sorry about the coat!! I mailed out several packages that day and received a notice that the coat was tracking on its way to you. I then received a confirmation that your package was delivered. I return home tomorrow from work travel, and will check right away to make sure it was sent. My apologies. I can’t imagine what could have happened. I will also contact Poshmark support for assistance.

mabynmay @elizabeth_kula Hi, yes, I sent you two messages since then. I have the coat and mistakenly did not send it when I mailed several other items. I’m very sorry, but thought I had sent it because I received notifications that it was shipped and delivered. I sent Poshmark two notes asking for a new shipping label. I have not heard back. I am happy to mail to myself if you’d like to provide your address. My sincere apologies again.

mabynmay @elizabeth_kula I received the canceled order and you should be all set. Next time you don't receive something, perhaps send the seller a message and inquire about the item rather than give them a bad rating. In this instance, I truly made a mistake and apologize for any inconvenience. I still don't understand why I received notifications that the package was sent and delivered and you were able to rate it, which only occurs when you receive something, but I'll let Poshmark figure that all out.
