itsbetteronu @bpvictor1 which item do you mean? Poshmark sends tracking info to you to help you see where packages are. When there is a delivery issue you have to go to your purchases and click problem with an order. Delivery problems all have to go through Poshmark. Sellers have no control of shipping because Poshmark takes over once an item is mailed.
