refoundstl Hey! I’m so sorry about the shipping issue! I always use those boxes because Posh has an agreement with Usps. It even states the policy on the shipping label. I’m going to contact posh for you and see what they can do

lomclaughlin @beckykronauge thank you, I wasn’t sure who or how to contact them. I think I may have used the wrong verbiage in my message. It was a flat rate box that you used, and the post office said those are more expensive to ship than priority. I was just happy to get the item, so thank you 😊
