I have never had this happen before, but the tracking information provided by the USPS shows that the item was delivered at the front door or porch at 2:20 pm on May 26, 2021 in SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ 07076. It is the same information as the origin location and I have not received your shipment today. Would you please let me know if the Post Office returned your shipment to you. Thank you.

Yup. I see from the tracking that it made it all the way to AR but then came back to me today. Which makes no sense. Box is intact and there’s just a lot of the labels all over it.

@slahtel The package was returned to me today. Odd because the tracking information shows that it made it all the way to AR and then came back to me. I got an email from poshmark saying that sometimes this happens when the package is overweight or there are difficulties recognizing the buyers address. They are going to send me a new shipping label. I suspect that the post office sent it back because it was a big 15 pound box and the shipping cost paid likely didn’t cover that.

@stuffed It is strange that it made it to AR and then was returned. You may want to check and make sure that it wasn't tampered with since you said that there are labels all over the box. This is a first for me as both a buyer and seller.

@slahtel The last email I got said that they were waiting for you to confirm your mailing address so they can issue me a new shipping label. I will send a follow up email.

@stuffed I received an email from poshmark regarding the order inquiry/problem option I selected in the app. It is the second time I have contacted poshmark support because I received a generic, cookiecutter response to my first inquiry and no additional action was taken by poshmark. Therefore, I made a second inquiry informing them of mitigating action I have taken/will take, due a lack of action and communication from poshmark.

@slahtel I finally received an email back. It says:
Thanks for reaching out to us again. We have reached out to the buyer in this regard already, and they seem unresponsive.
We request you to please confirm if you wish to continue re-shipping the item so that we may reach out to them once again, or would like to have the order cancelled so that we may also make the item available for other potential buyers to purchase them.

@stuffed Wow, I am perplexed by Poshmark's response, especially since I contacted them twice and received an email after my second time contacting support. I have not received anything from Poshmark this morning; however, I will continue to check my email throughout the day and let you know if I receive anything from them.

@stuffed I agree with you regarding the lack of support. It is very frustrating. I am not sure how to cancel the order as it shows "shipped" on my end? If you want to cancel the order and try this again, that is agreeable with me. Also, I just checked my email and have not received another email from poshmark.
