@diva_502 Hi! I’m really sorry to hear you haven’t received it. I checked the tracking and it’s currently on its way to the next facility from IL. The tracking information was updated yesterday and on Monday so it doesn’t look like the package has been lost in the mail. USPS is experiencing some severe delays as a result of COVID and this busy time of year.
