@xexi456 Hi Lydia, I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy w your NWT Free People top.. You said, in your rating, that you usually wear a small.. the top is tagged and listed as XS - if you'd have asked for measurements, I wld have gladly taken em for you. I would much rather you return the top, rather than give me a negative rating of 1star - when 1- The top is NWT and retailed at 4X the amount than I accepted. (Cont⤵️)

The rating is based on your experience w purchasing from me personally - Not the sizing that FP makes their clothing. This is my livelihood, and I do my absolute best to ensure that each & every one if my customers are beyond satisfied and describe my items exactly as they are.. again - the top was listed correctly.. I really don’t appreciate one star. I put a lot of time and effort into my packaging and I also include a gift and for you to give me one star there were two sets of earrings in there you know it and I know it both were pictured and could improve responsiveness I went through my newsfeed for the last three days and did not receive one message from you but all is good thank you and have a posting

Even if you describe your item100%,accept her low-ball offer, ship same day, wrap n pkg nicely, write out a nice TY card& include a🎁 ⤵️
