@mwehling Mary, I have just started packing up your boots. I inspected them quickly and noticed that there are some few scuffs on the heels on both of them. I have not noticed that before and you can't really see it well in pics. It's nothing major, and I haven't noticed that at the time I purchased them. I'm sure it is from them being tried on in the dept. store where I got them. Otherwise the outsoles are very clean and don't bear any signs of use.
