kelseyflanagane Hi, I used to work at Brandy and I can promise you not all items are one size. Denim runs differently. The skirt is supposed the be distressed like that. I have only worn that skirt once and washed it once. The tag was like that when I bought it. I’m sorry you’re unhappy but I described the item exactly how it was. I had pictures of the length. Please look closer at an item or ask questions next time you buy something.
