The USPS apparently ripped part of the label off and the box is being returned to me. I had it sealed Very well, and I really hope there’s no damage, but, I wanted to inform you of the situation. millerlynni No, I never have gotten it back, and I contacted Poshmark and they said it was delivered. Can you mark that it was NOT delivered, and I will contact them, as well. The box was the proper kind, secure, and weighed under 5 pounds. I am sorry.

millerlynni Hello! I have contacted Poshmark for support and they just returned the e-mail. The ONLY way for them to help in the case of the Tommy Hilfiger bag is for You to contact Poshmark support. They assume that the item has been delivered unless you reach out to Posh support. It’s easy to use- just reference the item number and your username. They should get back to you in 24 hours. Thanks.

millerlynni Madelyn, have you been able to contact Poshmark support? I really think 🤔 that the mail took this one. I had everything taped down well, wrapped well, etc. When I was notified that it was going to be returned, I immediately contacted Poshmark. A day later, they told me that it was delivered to you. I honestly believed that was it. It was immaculate and beautiful! I have sent several more of that exact size and style box out without issue.

millerlynni It always takes them 24 hours. I can assure you that your box was incredibly stable (new priority mail box with packing tape). It’s the first item, in all my selling, eBay & Poshmark, that has been lost.
