unfilteredgirl Hi Maegan! The Post office just returned your order to me, with a return to sender unable to forward, I'm unable to cancel or resend your order as is because I'm guessing that your package auto accepted after a certain amount of time, this is my only way to contact you and I hope you see it...I will check back but you need to open a case with poshmark and we need to figure out if we can resend this or if you just need to be refunded, either way I want to help! Let me know!

maeganwillan @unfilteredgirl Thank you sooo much! Somehow my mail forwarding has stalled and I haven't gotten any mail at my old address or my new address for the last month. I went to the post office and they assured me that packages would be able to be forwarded even if I had to pay any the difference of the price but I am not surprised that it just got sent back to you after all this time. I hope my other mail arrives some day :)! I think I would like to get a refund at this point- I'll open a case!

maeganwillan @unfilteredgirl Hi again~ I wrote to poshmark and they said " Thanks for reaching back out! As we mentioned in our previous correspondence, if the seller would like to cancel this order on your behalf please have them reach out to us directly so we can assist as you have already accepted the order and released the funds to the seller." When you have a chance could you follow through with this refund? Thanks so much

How about we wait for another week or so and if they dont resolve it I can pau whatever the shipping is to you and you can send it to me again.. I might has well have the item if that's the only easy outcome :)

unfilteredgirl @maeganwillan I am in contact with support via email, they are willing to reissue a shipping label and I don't think you will be charged but if you haven't already done so make sure that if they reissue a shipping label, the address is current (if you changed it) I'd hate to send it out again and have you go through this mess again! I am happy to help, I haven't had this issue come up yet so I'm learning as I go and I'd want the same for me if roles were reversed! Hang tight, almost there 😊

unfilteredgirl @maeganwillan I meant to drop you a note a few days ago when I received an email stating they had finally issued the refund and I hope by now you have it! I have only been actively selling/buying on Poshmark for 6 months or less and overall my experience has been positive and this was more of a post office mixup anyways...I felt bad for you immediately upon my Postal Clerk giving me your package and wanted you made whole! Take care! ✌️
