rmetcalfe Hi Maggie, at my suggestion, my 80yr old mother in law purchased an Alpina watch from you for my husband’s upcoming bday. She hasn’t received the watch yet and is getting worried. rmetcalfe @magstraut Hi, I tried to reach out on Christmas, but I can’t find any evidence that you received my message. The watch my mother-in-law purchased from you is broken. When my watch collector husband attempted to set the time, the stem fell off in pieces. This has been a frustrating purchase. It took so long for my mom to receive the watch, she wasn’t able to give it to my husband for his birthday on Dec 15th and had to wait until Christmas. This is not the service I’m used to on Poshmark.
