mspinup99 Hi! I feel horrible to tell you this but the dress that you were receiving today got mixed up with another order and another buyer received your dress today. I am absolutely mortified and I take several steps to pack up everything separately to make sure that this does not happen. I have already filed a claim with Poshmark support and I’m waiting to hear back from them.

mspinup99 I had this happen to me about a year ago with the blouse that I purchased and posh Mark support just sent me a shipping label to ship my item to the correct person and they sent them a label to ship me my correct item. I am assuming that is what they will do here. But this is why I also take all of these extra steps to make sure that this never happens to anyone else and I am just baffled on how it did.

mspinup99 @mahnoornaz I believe the dress was delivered to you yesterday or it should be delivered to you today. I know that the other buyer shipped it. And last week I received an email from Poshmark that they emailed both buyers the new shipping labels. Did you receive the shipping label in your email last week? If not let me know and I will follow up with them again!

mspinup99 @mahnoornaz it was on April 25 that Poshmark sent me an email stating that they had sent out the labels. If that helps you look in your email. I did send a follow-up email to them asking to confirm that they sent the label.
