malloryd19 @rthaynie hi! I'm so sorry that's it's taken me so long to answer you, my notifications have been all messed up on my phone so this comment slipped through the cracks. But what's worked well for me is being very polite and helpful as possible. I try to be as quick as I can with getting things packaged and sent out. I also put a lot of effort into making my packaging cute and personalized with notes.
