2020fashion @mandysuero Hi Mandy, you purchased the framed picture from me, thank you kindly. I initially packed your order and took it to the post office. I discussed it with the clerk and felt the box didn't provide enough padding. I'm now using new boxes vs. recycled and it took longer to locate the right size as many stores are closed. We finally found one and cut it down. I shipped it yesterday so it's on it's way. I apologize for the delay. I'll track it until it arrives. Thank you, Annie
