poshmesweet I've been trying to figure out how to reply to your message and this looks like the only way. I want to sincerely apologize about the Chinese laundry wedges! I had no idea that something like that would happen??? I only wore them once, but they have been in the closet for a while. I want to make this right. I truly hate that this happened!! Please let me know how you would like to proceed.

manjushar @poshmesweet yes, I absolutely loved the design and comfort. I was so disappointed coz it fell apart after couple of hrs of wear. Also, this is my first time trying the brand “Chinese laundry”, so I wasn’t sure if it was the quality of shoes itself or if it was kept unused for a long time. (The glue gave out) Regardless, I’ve never had any pair of shoes fall apart like that. I really appreciate you reaching out! Thank you 😊
