lkmcfarlin11 Hi Marcela, I received the package yesterday, but sadly, this device does not seem to work properly. I charged it over night. It looks like it's taking a charge fine. The problem is that it is stuck on the lowest setting and will not turn up when you push the plus button. Please advise. Thank you. Laura

marcelacmarkova Laura, it takes about 12 hours to charge. Honestly, I'm not sure why it is "stuck" as you described. When I was making the video and trying it out, it worked perfectly, all the settings worked.
