schnauzermomma I always strive for five stars and I have my customers totally happy so I’m really confused as to why you were not totally happy with 4 categories. Hopefully you can enlighten me for future customers. 1 item description?? 2 ship time. You ordered on the 4th and it went out on the 5th.

schnauzermomma 3rd issue you had was packaging. No one has ever had a problem with my shipping. If you can tell me what was wrong with that that would be great.4. Seller responsiveness? I really don’t understand this one at all. If you could please take a moment out of your day to answer these so I can make the selling experience for my customers better I would appreciate it.

megsauntdee @schnauzermomma same here... she gave me 4 stars, there was nothing wrong with the tunic I sent and I ship pretty fast. no comment to me but to give me 4 stars when everything was as described and photos were taken to show tunic. it hurts those of us who try to keep high standards as supposed to.

mariv1131 @schnauzermomma I took the trouble of going all the way back to see what it was that I bought from you so that I could reply adequately and here it is. I'm sorry but I couldn't give you 5 stars because the item was covered in dog hair and it didn't smell well.

schnauzermomma @mariv1131 Please remind me what the item was. You never said anything about dog hair. I have dogs but they are miniature schnauzers, and they do not shed so there was no way there was dog hair on the item. You also marked me down for item description, ship time, packaging and seller responsiveness.
