mexbeauty @vintagelove902 I am sorry that you are not satisfied with the dress, I don't understand where is it that is ripped. As you can see in the pictures I was able to tie it the small hole that the dress has on the side is for the belt to go in from inside to the outside to be able to tie the dress. I will be more than happy to exchange it for anything else if you wish.
