lbornkessel33 I am completely dissatisfied with the time it took to shop this item. Using USPS during the holiday season because it was cheaper is completely unprofessional. It took 7 days just to ship. That's BS. Now this item will not arrive until 2 days after Christmas. This is the only thing my son asked for this year, and now because you delayed shipping it out and used SNAIL MAIL, he won't get it for Christmas. I believe that a discount should be applied for your lack of professionalism.

mquijano919 @lbornkessel33 hello, I'm very sorry about this. this is my second time selling here. Postmark actually create the lable to ship. Had I known it was for a Christmas present I would have sent it through UPS or FedEx but it didn't indicate that. I'm simply followed the instructions they sent me.
