lyliabascom I purchased your salmon Talbots bag. There was more damage to the leather than was disclosed and now the leather is pulling out of both straps. I have spent an additional 6.00 for cream to repair leather now I would have to pay for strap repair.

the_purgery @lyliabascom I think the best thing to do is to file a case with photos of strap and a refund would be issued, I would communicate to Poshmark that a return was not necessary.
