I will allow Poshmark to continue their investigation on this case, and allow them to resolve it. Once we hear from them I will reach back to you regarding this. kellylaw1 @cecilita_sc Yes, your shoes went to another customer. She opened up a case and took detail picture. You have her black dress with the gold belt buckle, correct? I’m not sure how Poshmark will resolve the matter. I will definitely reach back out to you once the matter is resolved. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience ma’am.

kellylaw1 @cecilita_sc Yes, that’s the other customers garment. If you have the gold belt then everything of hers is intact. She took detailed pictures of your shoes they look perfect as well. I will reach out to her to inform her that you indeed have her dress with gold belt, correct? And let’s just allow Poshmark to execute each case how they see fit. Sorry for the inconvenience I know how frustrated this must be, thank you for your patience in this matter.
