marikaw16 @lpetrie1076 hi. I have a buyer who gave me a bad rating after USPS marked their item as delivered but they claim they did not get it. I have tried explaining to them that it is not my fault and there isn’t anything I can do. Is there a way to make a comment on a rating/feedback? I don’t think it’s fair that I’m getting a bad rating because they don’t understand to contact the post office and not me.

mrslnpetrie @marikaw16 Unfortunately I don’t think so. You could try filing a help ticket with Posh, but I don’t think there is anything they can do. Sorry 😞
