ygyelena hey dear💗 I wanted to inform you that the the long strap is only for the shoulder, it was cut short to be a shoulder strap, not crossbody. The bag is otherwise NEW & never worn. If you are okay with that, I will ship to tomorrow. If not, I will immediately refund you. I just realized it...Please let me know... Thank You💕

ygyelena @bellabremerton8 hey...the strap was originally a "crossbody" long strap, I had it professionally cut shorter to make it into a shoulder strap...thats all. It was supposed to be a custom gift for someone who likes shoulder bags. I never gave this person the bag. I tell u this bc it can only be worn on the shoulder now...not crossbody! Exactly Just like the pictures.... the strap is also removable. let me know...I'm sorry for the inconvenience!

ygyelena @bellabremerton8 Yes! it's definitely long enought to go on the shoulder, it's a shoulder bag...I made a "new listing" for you...with added photos to show how it looks on the body. Please take a look at the new "not for sale" listing I created for the bag. It's wrapped in bubble wrap to keep it in pristine condition like all my bags....If you want me to cancel, so you can think about it some more etc...it's no problem... customer satisfaction is my top priority;)thx.

ygyelena @bellabremerton8 hey💕...to view the listing....go to my shop, the listing is labeled "not for sale"...it's the first listing on the top...OR just quickly scroll down my items, it's the ONLY ONE labeled "not for sale" Emma Fox...I created it to show u the strap is definitely long enough! IT was professionally cut to be a shoulder strap bc it looks cuter that way. I mentioned it bc I'm very picky with every tiny detail lol. Otherwise, everything is Perfect! NEW!
