BTW my 3 kids loved sleep sacks & swaddles I had for last baby. She lived in that til she outgrew. My kids are 17. 15. &. 9. Growing up too fast!!

@cynsational101 when I was pregnant with him from where I have such a short torso he ran out of room and he was cramped before I hit 40 weeks so we think that’s why he hates it 😂

@idevine1 thank you 😊 you didn’t we’re still waiting to see his other doctor that’s why I’ve been browsing lol he has surgery at the beginning of August and we’re doing our visit to meet both of the doctors we saw one our last visit but unfortunately the other one was out for the day so we’re meeting with him today

@idevine1 thank you so much 😊 I’m hoping he says the recovery time won’t be too bad. My employer hasn’t been the most helpful during this time and I can’t give here full availability on weekends because my husband or myself needs to be with him because we have to watch for signs of pressure in his brain

@mhelton1992 I'm so sorry your employer is treating you this way. You have enough to worry about, you don't need the added stress from your employer. Can't you go to human resources or another manager and explain your situation?

@idevine1 one of the managers is very understanding she’s actually had a major surgery dealing with her brain I’m going to try again when we leave his appointment to get her to just let it slide till after his surgery. She’s afraid other employees will be angry if I have more of a set schedule

@mhelton1992 The other associates will just have to understand that your situation is special. Family comes first and your baby needs you right now. Just because your schedule will be more set now doesn't mean that it will be that way forever. Once your baby is on the road to recovery, you can be more flexible.

Just in case they need the same accommodation in the future for personal reasons, they will know your manager is understanding and willing to work with them as well. If your manager sees this as an opportunity to build morale, she will come out looking like a great leader to her group.
