dmrogers0755 @marorich82512 Sorry I apologize for the confusion! The sign is posted to let buyers know that I only counter 1 time on an offer, for a listing. The sign is really not for sale. Many other sellers will have similar signs in their closets. Like this one, I only counter 1 time on a listing. You made an offer, I countered once with an offer. And that's it. I will not come back with another offer, because that's as low as I can go. I hope this has shed some light on the situation!
