amyj691 Hi Mary, I purchased your Keurig and I love it but I have a problem. I can’t get it to actually brew.. anything. The power comes on, the brew button keeps blinking red but thats all it will do. After so long it will shut itself back off. It doesn’t make any sounds at all. This is my first single cup brewer, is there something I’m missing here? I hope there’s a trick to it because it’s really cute!!!

mmmcgregor2 @amyj691 Hi! The single serve ones are a little different (at least I think so). So you pour the water in the to the size you want. When you close the top of the water part, open the front where the pod goes and you’ll hear the water drain into the machine. If you don’t hear that drain that might be were the issue is!

mmmcgregor2 @amyj691 2/2 Then put your pod in, close the top and press brew. It takes a little while to heat up and pour from there and the button will stay blue. I think the most common part with an error is the beginning where you pour the water then have it drain. Let me know if that works! I took a short video before I sold it of me pouring in water and draining it that I was going to post with it if you want me to send that to you somehow!

amyj691 I youtubed it & finally got it to brew. Not sure what I was doing wrong but I will eventually figure it. Lol Thanks again & hope tou have a great weekend.
