marymontijo I am very sorry this happened. It was one of my first listings and not sure how that happened. So, I was thinking if you would like to keep them and I can refund you and you could sell them to a friend or how every you can. I do want to point out that in the title of the listing it does say 16 and the pics it has 16. So please let me know if this is ok with you. Thanks, Mary

marymontijo I know that's why I am giving them to you....I am not sure why I put 11.5 in the size. I does say in the shoe in two pics that they are 16. But I don't have anymore. Sorry again...there are more like those on posh mark only a lot more money. you can try Ross, that's where I got them...

marymontijo Hi Sharen, I felt really bad about what happen...I think you have to let Posh mark know you are returning them to get you money back...They hold on to the money until three days after it is received...so let me fine out how to do that. Thanks, Mary

marymontijo Here is the info for getting your money back: If the buyer receives an item that is not as described within the listing, is sent the wrong item, or is in some other way not as described, the buyer can report their problem to us within 3 days of delivery through the app or on the web. When a case is opened, the buyer is asked to upload photos and offer details of the item. If the return is verified, we assist the buyer in returning the item to the seller and offer them a full refund.

nyposhboss @marymontijo Use the arrows toshare each listing at least 2x a day. They look like a rectangle with arrows share other items you like and the poshers will share back and their followers see your items & follow you. I just followed you & shared your items to my followers. Follow and share my items, it starts a return of sharing. There’s a screenshot in my closet on sharing, touch @nyposhboss to see screenshots on how.

marymontijo Hi, been so busy with birthday's, graduations, company and going out of town that I have not had much time for Postmark. And now I am putting in new kitchen cabinets that should be done by Monday. But I just wanted to let you know that I do thank you so much for your help.
