Hi there my you purchased a lime green sweat suit form me on May14th and I dropped the package at the post office the next day on May 15th around 2pm but for some reason the package was not tracking. after getting a notification from postmark I went to the post office to enquire about it , according to the post office ,

if the prepaid lable can't be scanned the package will be delivered the old fashion way by using the mailing address. however the package may several days to be delivered. I still don't know where the package is so even though postmark cancelled the purchase I know the package will arrive at your door sometimes
