@momalphrus I see you received your shoes today. I was unaware there was anything wrong with these shoes at all. I honestly saw no issues. They are brand new unworn shoes that retail for over $100. Had you had this issue you should have let PM know and we could have handled it by you submitting pics and returning them to me . Thank you
