bdelt21 @cinnamonspice25 I emailed them yesterday and last night I saw on here it had 10am research case was open and 6pm case closed. USPS was suppose to contact me and they didn’t but yet I got an email to fill out a survey on how my issue got resolved. So not sure what’s going on. Do we contact poshmark?

bdelt21 @cinnamonspice25 oh wow okay I don’t know either. I just joined pm in April and I am learning as I go. I’m guessing since it was cancelled they will give you a refund. I’ll look into it to see what’s next. Again I am so sorry.

However, if there is no update with the following tracking number by Aug 02, please reach back out to us so that we can further assist you with this order”

valkyrias @cinnamonspice25 Hello...turns out the 2 down throw pillows you purchased yesterday weigh 7 lbs, which is 2 lbs over the PM limit and additional postage would cost $9 out of my pocket. I checked to see what the cost would be through USPS directly, thinking it might be less, and it's actually $25! I am so sorry to do this but I am going to have to cancel the purchase...I didn't think they would weigh that much!!
