makerns1 @kckbunn hi! As mentioned in our private conversation, the item was wrapped throughly in 2 layers of thick bubble wrap. With the layer closest to the item being taped securely. Additionally, the box was marked as fragile. Though not in written words, the box has the image indicating fragile contents on the outside of the box. I used appropriate shipping materials, as this item was shipped to me via Pottery Barn.

makerns1 I used the same box it was initially shipped to me in as well as the same type of bubble wrap. When shipping fragile items, things can happen beyond our control. Unfortunately, this is one of those times. I truly apologize for your experience. I did everything I could to prevent the item from breaking.
