ajen001 Hi! I’m new to posh selling but I did send your pedipeds shoes last week. I’ve been trying to figure out how to message you since for some reason it’s not showing shipped. I dropped it off at the UPS store last Tuesday. Please let me know that you have received them. Thanks so much!!

ajen001 @mharmon17 hi! I sent them out the next day. I used the shipping Poshmark sent. When I just checked the tracking number it’s saying it was not scanned. I sent another page at the same time and that buyer has already received her package. If you don’t have it in the next day or two please let me know and I’ll reach out to Poshmark and the post office. Sorry for this delay.

ajen001 @mharmon17 hi Megan. I have been emailing with Postmark, I called the UPS store I dropped it off at and they said it was absolutely picked up by USPS however the USPS pick up never scanned the package so there is no tracking information.

ajen001 put in a claim today and also am currently on hold (which they tell me hold time is over a hour 🤦🏼‍♀️) to see what’s going on and how to find the package. The package I sent out that same day has already delivered so I’m not sure what happened. I apologize for the inconvenience. Poshmark basically said if I haven’t heard anything by March 7th to reach out to them again. What a mess. I’m so sorry this is happening and as soon as I have information I’ll definitely update you.

ajen001 Hi Megan, Thank you so much for your patience with this situation. I just got off the phone with the post master again. They said they think it’s just in the holding tank and hasn’t been scanned yet because of delays due to weather. I’ll keep you updated.

ajen001 @mharmon17 hey Megan. I’m so sorry. At this point I think I should just cancel the order because when I called again they still have no other information. If they end up showing up let me know but I don’t think it’s fair to you to have to wait for something that the post office claims to have no idea where they are.
