megmetzger @danalaraylobb - I have no idea why they would be telling you that, I shipped it just as I have shipped every other package I have sold via this site. I emailed your message to Poshmark support for their help. I will try and paste my message here for you to see & will let you know as soon as they respond.

megmetzger @danalaraylobb - please don't release payment...if Poshmark customer service can't help, and as long as you get your shipping costs refunded, I would refuse the package and have it sent back to me. $22 is craziness for shipping, I would never pay that! Hopefully Customer Service can fix it!

megmetzger @danalaraylobb - Paomark Support said to refuse the package so it is returned for free and you are not charged. I will let you know once I receive it. If you are not interested in repurchasing, I completely understand!

megmetzger @danalaraylobb - I posted my email to customer support in my closet (great idea btw). I can't cancel the order on my end b/c it is shipped, but the comments say that Poshmark can.
