cathianapena Hello, I just received the star print Ellen tracy blouse and Im a bit dissapointed it has a visible stain on the front in the middle of the star. There is no mention in the description and it doesnt show up on the pics. The stain is permanent as the dye has been rubbed off.

cathianapena I just cant resell it for the total of 62 that I paid for it with that obvious stain. I can keep for myself but I would have sent you an offer of 30 if it was for me to keep. I dont mind wearing it with a stain but I would not have paid 50 plus tax and shipping. Is there anything that can be done?

cathianapena I am very sorry to bother you about this. I usually dont do this but its just not what I expected. If the stain was removable then I wouldnt be as sad about it but the dye is rubbed off and its the size of a quarter and its right in the middle of the big light blue star.

sutherlamj @cathianapena hi. I did not Notice this at all or fading and I looked it over several times. Id recommend a dry cleaner

cathianapena @sutherlamj Its highly noticeable. I noticed it as soon as I took it out and held it up. A dry cleaner can not remove the fading/stain. It looks like someone tried to rub a stain off and ended up rubbing off the dye. I just received the package yesterday and notified you immediately.

cathianapena @sutherlamj Actually , I just borrowed my friends lap top. If you zoom into your own pics in the listing you can clearly see it in the middle of the big blue star right on the front of the shirt. I dont have a lap top. I shop on my phone so I was not able to see it in my little screen. Also I tend to trust that the person selling the item will let a buyer know what the flaws are.
