schraubenm @wendidee hi—how do I delete an accidental posting or one you want to remove? I seem to only be able to change whether it is for sale or not. Thanks.

wendidee @schraubenm Hi. When you go into your listing, choose "edit." At the bottom, you will have the opportunity to delete. Please let me know if you continue to have problems.

schraubenm @wendidee I’m using the phone app, I select My Closet, I click on one of my listings, then I hit edit in the top right corner, I scroll down to the bottom and it says “copy listing”—I don’t see delete anywhere. Do I have to login on the computer instead or have a missed a step above?

schraubenm @wendidee hi again—this only appears to show up this way for items I sold as a bundle and had listed multiples of them. I didn’t understand where the extra listings came from. Which means I probably messed up my shipment right? as I sent the entire quantity to someone instead of one of them.

wendidee @schraubenm Hi, I've done that myself. I'll list items individually and as a bundle option then go in and delete the individual listing once I sell it as a bundled item. You're in the right space, at the bottom of my phone app, I have copy listing on the left and delete listing on the right - directly next to one another.

wendidee @schraubenm I see what you did...you listed the items as "not for sale;" I assume that's because you couldn't find delete item. Try one more time and let me know.

schraubenm @wendidee yeah. Delete still doesn’t show up. I’m assuming I shouldn’t use the multiple setting when I want to sell the whole batch because it will do this every time? So I’ve changed them all to zero quantity, $0 and not for sale.

luminalane Yes! It will automatically deduct from your balance (you can view this in the menu)

schraubenm @luminalane I can see my balance in the menu, but when I tried to accept an offer or forced me to select a payment method and there wasn’t one for my Poshmark balance. Do I need to go further? Like it will charge my balance first before it actually used my credit card?

schraubenm @luminalane hi! Someone asked me to make them an offer again because they didn’t see it until it was expired. I can’t seem to just make the offer to them. How do I remake the same offer to this specific person?

luminalane @schraubenm hi! This is a tough one. You would either have to lower the price, tell the seller to make you a different offer, or copy the listing and remake the offer (delete old listing). Best of luck!
