jgreen0722 I am so glad you ask me. When you get a request to e-mail someone it’s a scammer, don’t reply. They try to pay with stolen credit cards or a fake money orders. They tend to go for new poshers with high end merchandise. When you sell on posh you work out a price and when item is sold you can print out a tracking postage label. If you click on your name at the bottom of your news page it will take you to your private file. Be sure to read through it.

melinda_rice @jgreen0722 here is a big question.. how do I get paid for it after someone purchases my item does it then prompt me to put in my information?

jgreen0722 That’s why it’s so important to read through your private file. When you sell an item Poshmark will print and send a tracking label. You can get free first class boxes at the post office. Pack your item and tape the label on and mail it. You will be able to see the tracking of the package also. This info is included in your private file. 🌼👋

melinda_rice @jgreen0722 I really appreciate your help right now but where do I find the private file because when I signed up for Poshmark I didn’t see any private file and I’m looking through it now and I don’t see nothing as private file

jgreen0722 I forgot the payment question. Poshmark will hold the sales money for three days and will release the money after three days if the buyer has no problem with the purchase. If the buyer knows they will rate stars on the package and maybe leave a comment. When the buyer accepts the offer you have to go to Poshmark and list if you want an auto payment to your account or a check mailed to you. All of this is also listed in your private file.
