msstudio I did not delete a comment about damage to the purse you bought. I never received a comment. If there was damage I did not see it and I carefully inspect items, the item was pre-owned. I’m sorry you are unhappy with your purchase but a 2 star rating is pretty harsh- the photos show the item is in excellent condition.

tindys09 @msstudioI’m sorry you feel that I gave you a harsh rating.I purposely accepted the order rather that report to PM.I then left a message on the item page,explaining that this is a Mother’s Day gift and that it has 2 chunks missing from white zipper pull.When I checked to see if you responded, the message had been deleted.Everything but the pull is in great condition but I paid $20, same as NWT price and it has visible damage.I am willing to change rating if you’re willing to discuss resolution.
