cityjeepgirl Hi @gorgeousbuys, I don't know how to get in touch with you, so I'll leave a message here. I ordered a Lilly Pulitzer Planner from you on Sept. 3rd. It's now Sept. 16th and I haven't received it yet. The Post Office says the label was printed, but they haven't received the package yet either. Have you mailed that package yet? If so, when? Thanks.

cityjeepgirl @gorgeousbuys, a Poshmark email said the package had been shipped on 09/07. But when I click the USPS tracking link, it says that a mailing label was printed out, but the Post Office is still waiting to receive the actual package. Not sure what to do.

gorgeousbuys @cityjeepgirl I’m not sure either. It’s no longer in my possession so there’s nothing I can do to help! I recommend reaching out to poshMark and opening up a case and maybe they can work with USPS. I also can’t provide a refund since it’s already shipped.

cityjeepgirl But according to PoshMark's rules on the website, you won't get paid until I say I've received the item. Refund Policy When you make a purchase on Poshmark, we don't release payment to the seller until you tell us you've received your order as described.
