tiffwortham Hi! Sorry to see you posted I could improve ship time. You purchased on Saturday 1/16 and Monday was a holiday. The item was shipped Wednesday morning, and delivered Friday. I’m not sure where I could have improved.

monalissa57 @tiffwortham Hello! I received notification that it shipped on 1/20 (Wednesday). Perhaps you had actually shipped it earlier, but I wasn't made aware.

tiffwortham @monalissa57 yes that’s exactly what I said! Monday was a holiday so the only possible sooner date would of been Tuesday. So you expect it should of been shipped Tuesday ...because Wednesday wasn’t soon enough.

monalissa57 @tiffwortham my apologies, I misread your original comment. In any case, I also purchased from a different seller on 1/16. That seller shipped on 1/18 and sent notification. I don't know their particular circumstances, but I appreciate their effort to get the item out within the 3-day policy period. If you weren't able to meet that, a message stating so would have adjusted expectations. I don't think its fair to assume that you can decide when "soon enough" is for a buyer.

tiffwortham @monalissa57 well I find that nearly impossible considering the Post Office was closed on Monday 1/18 🤷🏼‍♀️.
