vintagedivine88 @eclectic_booty hard to get pieces verified when most jewelers don't know NA pieces. Study what you have, there are many ways to learn. If in doubt I list as Southwestern as there were many Anglo silversmiths doing Native designs.

lwoods1188 Hi Melissa , I purchased two items of bakelite from you on or close to September 29,2020. One item was a Vintage Marbled Spinach Bakelite Trinket Box, and Vintage Bakelite Multicolored Bracelet. Today I discovered that one of the items isn’t true Bakelite. The bracelet tested negative for Bakelite but the Trinket Box is definitely genuine.

I have 40 years in vintage and fine jewelry and am well versed in vintage plastics, including Bakelite, celluloid, cellulose acetate, lucite and acrylics. This is a well known Bakelite Bracelet. There are also matching brooches and earrings for this piece. I am not sure who is giving you bad information but they are totally incorrect. I am sorry they have upset you.

vintagedivine88 @rhofae hi. Lots of research. There is a Juliana site on the web. I am going to spell the words out, put them together. Add the dot com, and those pieces are verified. Unfortunately, the web and Posh are full of pieces that are called Juliana and are not. (Is it juliana jewelry) I have 40+ years of jewelry experience in both fine and vintage costume jewelry . But I still do extensive research.
