spitkitten @melissarconn on the 16th. 😖 I sent my 2nd email to customer support today. They usually take 24h to respond. I'll let you know what they say--feel free to shoot them a message too. Keep me posted if they show up. So frustrating! Thanks for being patient. The good part about PM is your purchase is insured...hoping that's not needed and this is a weird fluke

spitkitten I have still not seen it start tracking. 😭 If you want to initiate a refund, please do. It must be lost. PM customer service said to wait until tomorrow, but that is up to you. Boo. melissarconn @sandy1pta Zipper pulls on Main body of pack missing or damaged. Wear spot on back of pack (Material has worn away) . Mild Staining on one side of pack. My daughter loves the pattern and she will get use out of it. I just wish that the imperfections had been disclosed.
