Hi, I’m so sorry about your package, I didn’t sent it like that nor it had no smudge like you could see in the picture, I should of put bubble wrap which didn’t occur to me when i sent it out. This has never happen to me so im not sure how it will work itself out but willing to give a full refund of everything .
