francescaschest Hi there! I sent out your purchase on Wednesday but I just saw today that it states it is still pending shipment scan. francescaschest @merary84 Camarillo, CA. I dropped it off in another city (where my school is located) and will definitely never use that post office again! My apologies again. If you see my stats, I have always sent out within 24 hours or under 48 maximum!

francescaschest @merary84 I am planning on going to that post office on Wednesday. I sent something else from there to a local address and that hasnt arrived yet either. That one had personal time sensitive material, so not happy. Again, it's out of my hands at this point but have been making sure to keep you updated as much as possible. (This has never happend) My sincerest apologies, I hope it gets resolved quickly.

francescaschest I iust left the Thousand Oaks/Westlake post office and they said they have no idea what could have happened. They said to at least give until this week, they said they could have possibly not did the initial scan but can still be delivered and scanned at delivery. The other item I sent last week was delivered yesterday and that was within my county, so fingers crossed. sorry again!
